Here are the steps to installing this firmware:
- Unzip the downloaded package on your computer.
- You’ll get a dload folder containing Update.app firmware file.
- Transfer that dload folder to your Huawei P8’s external microSD card.
- [Optional] It is recommended that you take a full backup using Huawei’s native app first.
- Unplug the USB cable and open Settings > Updates > Menu > Local Update
